"Wonderful"
The hotel was next to the Aberdeen Sky train station & close to the airport with free airport shuttle. After enquiring, they gave us a later check-out of 2 hours, which we appreciated.

The location is close to the Aberdeen station which is very convenient to go to the airport and downtown. The room is spacious and clean. The staff at the front desk are polite and helpful.

The staff and location is great. The security is great. Food and staff in restaurant is great esp it has a wide array of selection for breakfast. The housekeeper is excellent. She always replace our towels and get the room refreshed daily.

We stayed here because of a flight cancelation and got in after 12pm. There was a free shuttle from the airport which was amazing and on time, so easy to find. The man on the counter was awesome and funny (was wearing braces on his pants). He was a wealth of information and it was such a nice encounter after travelling from NY where everyone is very serious. He told us how to use the air train, which we did, where to eat etc. When we got up to the room we were pleasantly surprised by the size, so big! The bed was amazing and after a very stressful day we had the best night sleep. They also allowed us to store our luggage while we went and explored the city for the day before retuning to the airport later that night. It is so easy to catch the train to the city. I wouldn't have considered staying so far out if I was to visit Vancouver, but after this experience I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel and intend on doing so in the near future.

The stuff was so helpful. I was reminded by the gentleman at front desk that they could pick me up at the airport after returning the car. The front desk also helped me check with AVIS how to return the car after hour, so I could return the car on time and avoid extra expense. Thank you so much! I really appreciate for your kindness.

The hotel was lovely. Clean and close to several malls and even a lovely walk along the river. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes close by and public transport right outside.

The airport transfer was good - waited about 15 minutes and took about 10 minutes to the hotel. Close to Aberdeen station on the Canada Line rail which was handy for getting in to Vancouver. Hotel was clean. Room was adequate. Onsite restaurant was ok - had dinner there one night. Buffet breakfast looked pretty good but pricey.

Great location and appreciated the free airport shuttle. Very close to many good dining options. One staffer very nice and gave us free shaving cream. Our room was very large and the bed was comfortable. Restaurant staff were very pleasant.

This hotel was conveniently located near the airport with a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. It has a very nice restaurant in the hotel.
